EXHIBITORS’ ACCOMMODATION
There are several hotels on-site ranging from budget, to four star or you may prefer to stay in Birmingham City Centre for a greater choice of nightlife, eateries, theatres, concert venues, shopping etc. Remember, Birmingham centre is just a 10 min train journey away (Birmingham International Station is IN the NEC complex), so unless you absolutely have to be on-site for some reason, staying in Birmingham centre is a very viable option and should be cheaper than on-site hotels (certainly in terms of the food and bar bill…) and offers far more to do/more choice. Naturally, there are many, many hotels in the city centre, catering for all budgets and, generally, tend to be within a few minutes walk of New St Station or a 15/20 min drive to the NEC.
To find local accommodation have a look at these links… http://directory.visitbirmingham.com/accommodation
http://www.laterooms.com/en/k16844366_birmingham-nec-hotels.aspx#fipdzn
Or
Just type in ‘Birmingham hotels nec’ into Google and you’ll be presented with lots of options. The postcode for the NEC is B40 1NT (some sites want a postcode to do a locality search).
A good proportion of our exhibitors have their own mobile homes. If this applies to you, then there’s a list of local campsites here:
http://www.lovecamping.co.uk/campsite-search/postcode/B40
Alternatively, exhibitors can always call Paul or Andy for advice on where to stay/budget/distance from NEC etc.
Eating at the Classic Motor Show
